Get in Touch

Mineral County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, provide release details, obtain an official booking record, release a person, post bond, or offer legal advice. Any contact form or email used to reach this service is for site concerns only. It is not a route for jail records, case status, or urgent public-safety help.

Official Mineral County Contacts

For a booking record, a releasable booking photograph, or a county custody question, contact the office that controls the record. Mineral County does not have a verified public current-custody roster or booking feed, so a specific request to the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office is the official starting point. Provide a full name, approximate date range, and any known arresting agency or case number to help the office identify the correct record.

Mineral County Sheriff’s Office
105 S. A Street, Suite 4
P.O. Box 2290
Hawthorne, NV 89415
Phone: 775-945-2434
Records contact: Rachel Robbins
Records email: publicrecords@mineralcountynv.org
Administrative office hours: Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Use MCSO’s public-records request form or the records email to request a specific record. The MCSO records page posts a $5 fee for requesters who are not affiliated with a partner agency. Ask the office whether any additional reproduction cost applies and whether an electronic copy is available. The listed administrative hours do not guarantee custody-desk or records-service availability, so call before visiting.

  • County booking or custody: Start with MCSO. Ask whether it controls the requested booking record, can address county custody, or can identify the arresting agency and detention facility.
  • Court status, hearings, or disposition: Contact the Hawthorne Township Justice Court, 166 East Street, P.O. Box 1660, Hawthorne, NV 89415, at 775-945-3859. The court can explain how to seek a case number, docket, hearing date, or disposition.
  • State custody only: Use the official Nevada Department of Corrections offender search for a person in state custody. It is not a Mineral County booking search.
  • Immediate danger: Call 911. Do not use a private-service contact channel or a records request for an emergency.
  • Site concerns: Use the contact form or email for a technical issue, a link concern, or a question about the reference material. Official agencies, courts, and counsel are the appropriate contacts for individual records and legal matters.
